Online Course Bookings Terms and Conditions
We understand that plans can change. Depending on how far in advance you contact us we offer the following options:
- Full Refund: Available if requested 20 days or more before the course date.
- Future Course Credit: Available if requested 10 days or more before the course date.
- Replacement Attendee: You can nominate a colleague to attend in your place if requested 5 days or more before the course date.

In the unlikely event that a course needs to be cancelled or rescheduled an alternative date, course or a full refund will be offered.
